What is Dry Sift Hash?

Dry Sift hash is a traditional and high-quality form of hash that is made by mechanically separating the trichomes (resin glands) from the plant material. Unlike Ice-O-Lator, no water, ice or solvents are used, but purely physical separation via fine sieves.

How does the Dry Sift method work?

1. Drying the plant material: The cannabis flowers are dried completely so that the trichomes release more easily.
2. Seven: The dried material is swept or shaken with gentle movements over several fine-mesh sieves (several microns), causing the trichomes to fall through the mesh.
3. Collecting and pressing: The separated trichomes are collected and, if necessary, lightly pressed into a compact piece of hash.
